Weirdly, as I understand it the law provides that a state can go to
year-round standard time if it so desires, but not year-round daylight
savings time.  For that they'd have to get a special dispensation from
Congress.

I believe Florida is going to, one time all year. Either EDT or EST! My bet is EDT all,year long
