Evidently, Indiana gave in!

Subject: CST/DST Time Zone Settings
There are three different time zone settings on my machine with the
abbreviation CST:
-06:00 QN0600CST CST Central Standard Time
-06:00 > QN0600CST2 CST Central Standard Time
-06:00 QN0600CST3 CST Central Standard Time
Two of them (QN0600CST and QN0600CST3) have the pre-2007 start and end
dates in April and October, while the middle one has what I understand
to be the currently legislated start and end of March and November.
Would I be correct in my understanding that QN0600CST2 is the correct
value that everyone in the Central Time Zone should be using?
