Well the top port is the one used for the LAN Console. Don't know if you
use a direct cable for that or not but if you do certainly assure that one
is in T1. (Numbers go T1 top to T4 bottom)

The rest of the ports depend on what you used them for. If they all go to
the same switch then it really shouldn't matter and something else is then
afoot.
