Well, after talking to the person who helped setup the system in the first place, it turns out that there is a problem using a hosted image catalog.

Apparently the LIC install doesn't have the smarts to tell the host to load the next DVD image.

As such, I've decided to go the easy route and copied the install images to the physical system and create a local image catalog.
