The page I linked to says " Since the journal entry is written after the
swap, the current user profile logged in the entry is not the user who used
the resources during the prior accounting segment."

I'd imagine the resources used by *NONE and *SYS are simply the inital
start-up and the cleanup between swaps...

Thanx Dawn ....

I took a much closer look at the Job Accounting Journal entries and
discovered this.

It looks like when job accounting JB entries are deposited in the journal
for the QZDASOINIT job that has already been "swapped" to a different user
(MMSPRD) more than one JB journal entry is generated.

I looked at the JB entries for job QZDASOINIT/QUSER/669447.

When the job is "swapped" from QUSER to MMSPRD an account code of *NONE is
placed in the Accounting Journal.

Then a PAIR of entries are deposited. One as *SYS and one with the
accounting code as entered in the user profile MMSPRD. In this case, CISWWW.

Acct Job Job CPU Aux
Code Job Curr User Nbr End date End time Typ Sec I/O

*NONE QZDASOINIT MMSPRD 669447 2/01/18 8:02:50 B .07 111
*SYS QZDASOINIT MMSPRD 669447 2/01/18 8:12:09 B .01 52
CISWWW QZDASOINIT MMSPRD 669447 2/01/18 8:12:09 B 3.41 1735
*SYS QZDASOINIT MMSPRD 669447 2/01/18 8:22:04 B .02 66
CISWWW QZDASOINIT MMSPRD 669447 2/01/18 8:22:04 B 2.31 3191

This is why I thought things weren't working correctly. I was seeing all
these *NONE and *SYS accounting codes! The *NONE and the *SYS are
indicating system resources were being used too (CPU and I/O).

Dawn, maybe you can explain why *SYS and *NONE JB entries are being
deposited in the Job Accounting Journal when an accounting code is present
in the User Profile being swapped to (?????) Shouldn't all these JB entries
have the same accounting code? The one specified on the swapped to user
profile (MMSPRD)?

Does anyone know how to change accounting codes for QZDASOINIT jobs based
on the user profile that is swapped to when they execute?
