So, encourage public replies, but don't "out him" on your own. You may be
right that he may be being wronged at work, but you're not feeding his
family.


Despite otherwise good grades on project completion rates and other
positive factors, I got dinged hard on a performance review 17 years ago
for my participation in these lists, using my work email. Lesson learned.
I've been using my gmail account ever since, and never (I hope, I think)
used my last name except in private emails.
