I missed the jsr173. I don't have that one on my system, but it looks
like it used to be used by apache poi also, but is now part of the base
java implementation.

Poi, ooxml, cellutil and dom4j are used excel generation/reading. JTDS

is a

jdbc to connect to MSSQL.

First thought: Are these really IBM Jar files or were these

installed

to get

something else working? Like Excel generation or some such thing?
IBM i 7.3

That log also contains
QSJSENDER: java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String
index out of range: 52
