Thanks Rob. Just so you know, you're preaching to the choir. We've been
hearing that we will upgrade to v7r3 for quite awhile now, and our sysadmin
keeps warning the powers that be that 7.1 will be unsupported in a few
months and that upgrades don't just happen overnight, so tell the one
client who thinks they own our company that we *will* have downtime for a
~weekend, so suck it up buttercup, but the client is a major revenue stream
for our company, so, yeah.
