7.3-TR4 and 7.2-TR8 strike me as mainly adding support for Power 9
hardware, with a few small other bones tossed in.

But that hasn't been updated since October 2017.
Traditionally they try to get that updated at time of TR even though the
necessary Db2 Group PTF may be out later than the TR group ptf.
