The "revised" version - well, that's actually a misnomer on my part, it's a rewrite. It is located at the link I put in my other post, http://www.redbooks.ibm.com/abstracts/sg248185.html

There is a link to that on the page you see using the 2nd link that Itschak gave us. The title of the new book is "Modernizing IBM i Applications from the Database up to the User Interface and Everything in Between"
