First trick is to find New Line in iACS.
I did that by simply pulling up the keyboard remapper.
Once in there I changed the "Category" in the Key Assignment tab from the
default of Characters to Host Functions.
Then I scrolled down to New Line.
So I did a CALL QCMD (F11) to get lots of lines.
Then I used the key function listed for New Line and just held it down and
it worked fine.

Now, if you want to find what Right Control is currently mapped to, stay
in the Host Functions category and click on "Search for Key". When
prompted for press the key then press the Right Control key. By default
it seems to be mapped to the same as the Left Control key - Reset.

I'm no expert on this. It's just intuitively obvious. :-)
