ACS new line key - how make repeatable? -- MIDRANGE-L

the new line key ( right control ) in the client access 5250 emulator was
repeatable. Could press and hold the key to new line down a bunch of
lines. But that same key in ACS is not repeatable.

can ACS provide the same repeatable right control behavior as client access?
