We're on v7r1. While looking to install some PTFs for RDi, I thought I
would check our PTF group currency, via:
SELECT * FROM systools.group_ptf_currency

Saw this one in particular:
GROUP_ID LVL_INST LVL_AVAIL PTF_GROUP_TITLE
SF99701 41 43 SF99701 710 DB2 for
IBM i

I found https://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=nas4SF99701, but I
would like to know, in general, what was fixed/enhanced between level 41
and level 43. Is that possible?

In the above link, the last column shows the cumulative package. I
understand 7192 and 6320 to be the cume levels in which the associated PTF
was included. But what does 1000 mean?
