No IP address conflict.

I will check when I can connect with the remote user. But if there was an
IP conflict, would that not also affect Mocha 5250?

Do you have an IP conflict with these two PC? The remote VPN user is
assigned what IP and the local user has what IP? Make sure they are not
the same.

Verify your default gateways on the affected PC's. Is anything in the
windows logs?

Subject: ACS sessions disconnecting

All,

Beginning last Wednesday, we have 2 Windows 10 desktop PCs that drop ACS
5250 sessions to our IBM i. One is local and the other connects remotely
via VPN. They can immediately reconnect without issue and go back right
where they were. Mocha 5250 sessions on these desktops do /not/
disconnect. I set the Keep Alive to yes with no joy.

They also have browser sessions open which don't seem to be affected, but
due to the nature of browser connections, they may be
disconnecting/reconnecting without the user noticing.

We have over a dozen Windows desktops and these are the only 2 with this
issue.

The only change I am aware of is that our 2 Meraki MX60 routers received
firmware upgrades the night before. I suppose that could affect the user
connecting remotely via VPN, but what would that have to do with the local
user? We have another remote user via VPN that is not having the issue at
all.

Has anyone else been seeing this? Does this sound like a Windows issue
with the particular desktops involved?
