A one time shot or will this be something you want to do a lot?
If one time, try using CPYTOIMPF to create a CSV file from the table. Then
convert the CSV file to HTML. There are converters online. Or you even
may be able to use "save as" HTML in some applications.
If the latter where people want to see the data on the fly, you may want to
look at a CGI (ie, e-RPG, CGIDEV2) option or something else (php, node,
etc) depending on what your shop is comfortable with.
