Service Agent fixed for V7R3.
VFYSRVCFG working.

I needed to clear '/QIBM/UserData/OS400/UniversalConnection/*' (prior V7R3 info residing)

Since V7R3 I no longer use VFYSRVCFG. It actually was corrupting service config. If you care to fight that battle, good luck.
