Did anyone, like, not know this? Wasn't there a long line of prophets and
heralds walking through the desert announcing cipher requirements would
make 7.1 obsolete long before the announced end of support date?
I could have sworn there was some announcement somewhere about certain
industries updating their cipher requirements as of a particular date. And
this date was prior to the EOS of 7.1.
