I've tried this a couple different ways but no luck - - any ideas?
Keep getting this error -
The CCSID of the target file could not be set to match the CCSID of

Tried ftping from my PC to ifs /QOpenSys with ftp client, immediately
following TIPSRC.FILE visible.
Tried simple drag and drop onto mapped /QOpenSys folder, TIPSRC.FILE
visible.
But either way get the above error message.
