We have a program running that is possibly having an error, when thearising in any way from its use.
user gets the error they just hit enter and continue on their way.
The default reply must be a "C" for whatever error they are getting,
because we are not seeing any logs in QEZDEBUG.
I want to change the default reply to always be "D" so that we capture
some info on what possibly maybe going wrong.
Can that be done for a particular job, program or user?
