Yes, you can be current on cume's and groups and still be behind on the
resave PTF.
I'm at 7.3.

Keep in mind that if you are reasonably current on cume's, groups
(especially TR) then your resave level doesn't much matter.
This whole thread started because people were way behind on TR's with 7.1
an couldn't get current. They needed to reslip lic and OS.
I wanted to ensure they were using the latest resave and not one from a CD
they dusted off the shelf.
