*QSH CMD('curl ftp://FTPSERVER/PATH_TO_DIR --user bob:BobsPasswd >
/home/BOB/FTPDIR.lst')*

to redirect the output to a file.

Then you can upload the content to a PF using CPYFRMSTMF
