I don't know 'exactly,' but if you DSPPTF and look at the TLyyddd PTFs, and use option 5=Display PTF details on the oldest TL PTF, it shows a STATUS DATE/TIME, which looks like the date the cume PTF was applied. The earliest one should be the one applied when IBM/i was installed...
