QNTC is IBMi's Windows SMB client. It's part of the IFS, but the files and folders exist on external Windows servers. That's why I say "remote'.

*mention* Google Drive, but only to say that his pre-made example happened to upload to Google Drive, and that you should replace that part with your own processing.)

So I don't understand the concern. Either that, or I don't understand what you mean by "remote".
