They aren't commands.

They are statements/operations/whatever in Binder Language.

Basically closer to an RPG CHAIN than to CRTBNDRPG.

Binder language commands:

STRPGMEXP
EXPORT
ENDPGMEXP

Prompt them and you will see CPD0031:Command EXPORT not allowed in this setting.

Non-executable commands similar to PGM, DCL and other CL programming
commands. No idea about why they cannot be processed by DSPCMD. Maybe
it's because none of the values for ALLOW() parameter of CRTCMD
command apply to binder language?

DSPCMD EXPORT results in

Cannot display or retrieve command EXPORT in library QSYS.

Cause . . . . . : Source statements for a command definition and source
statements for system utilities cannot be displayed or retrieved.
Recovery . . . : Change the command (CMD parameter), and then try the
request again.

IBM i 7.3
Multiple lpars.

This command is appearing on a list of commands with command line access
but I cannot verify that since DSPCMD does not work.
