DSPCMD EXPORT results in

CPF6250
Cannot display or retrieve command EXPORT in library QSYS.

Cause . . . . . : Source statements for a command definition and source
statements for system utilities cannot be displayed or retrieved.
Recovery . . . : Change the command (CMD parameter), and then try the
request again.

IBM i 7.3
Multiple lpars.

This command is appearing on a list of commands with command line access
but I cannot verify that since DSPCMD does not work.
