A quick test shows that the AllowUsers directive in the sshd_config file works. I didn't try the AllowGroups but that might work also.

I added AllowUser kevin2 to
/qopensys/QIBM/ProdData/SC1/OpenSSH/openssh-4.7p1/etc/sshd_config and after that kevin2 could open a session, but kevin couldn't. Removed it and both kevin2 and kevin could open sessions.
