Triggers are attached to entire files. I'm pretty sure there is no way (other than programmatically) to restrict the trigger firing to specific members.

That said ... you can get the member name in the trigger buffer (field QDBMN00 in QSYSINC/QRPGLESRC,TRGBUF) so you can condition logic in your trigger program.
