More a curiosity thing than anything.

We had an expired tape which BMS though was in the library but which the
computer room says is at Iron Mountain. I don't expire tapes which are
off-site. I just wanted to see the movement of the tape according to BRMS.

We are a BRMS shop.
Granted, since moving to VTL we no longer do moves.
But we did our share when we used physical media, stored offsite at Iron
Mountain.

Subject: BRMS Tape Movement History By Volume

Is there a way to get a Tape Movement History from BRMS?

The closest I've seen is the QP1APVMS report but that only gives the last
move of the volumes. And it's by location. I was hoping to query file
QA1AMM which feeds the QP1APVMS report but it only contains 1 record per
volume.

I'd like to be able to report on all the movements for a particular over
the past x days.

Thanks,

Gord
