Back on the deprecated IBM i Client Access for Windows people would look
at the emulator (as if it was the only part of the product) and look at
the Help, About thinking it was something meaningful and could tell you
what version you were running. It could, but only if you knew how to tie
the version of IBM PC Emulator to version of IBM Client Access of Windows.
Generally it was a stupid way to try to figure out what version you were
running.

On the newer one you have to look just a line or two more in your emulator
than what you posted. For example, mine shows:

Version: 1.1.7.1

Basically the 1.1.7.1 is the heart of the matter.
