RE: Create a searchable/annotated/bookmarked PDF programmatically.

The data base is on the system i. The images are in TIFF format converted to PDF by the image vendor.
What could be done to automate this so the annotations and bookmarks could be written programmatically?

Hi Tom,

It looks like www.pdflib.com might have what you need. I've just started using the package mainly for converting tiff-files to pdf and that works very well. Easy to do and fast. You can download the package and try it without buying a license - it will print a www.pdflib.com stamp on all pages but the good thing is that it is fully functional.
