Nah. Just grab a copy of virtualbox and load a Linux distro to play with on your Windows desktop to get comfortable. I used Linux exclusively and successfully as a customer for the last five years. Unfortunately the tools I require now are very much geared to Windows.

Set up a Linux box on your desk (Ubuntu is a good choice) download ACS and start using Linux as your workstation in preference to Windows.
