RE: load of image catalog

For our 7.1->7.3 upgrade last month, I just downloaded the install images and loaded them into my image catalog from the IFS.

I don't remember the method I used to download them, back in 2016 I think, to my PC, after which I burned the DVDs on my PC.

But I  had used these same DVDs in late 2016 to create a client partition, hosted by our v7r1 partition.
Today, I added them to the Image Catalog using the ADDIMGCLGE, with no errors.

I downloaded and applied the PTF that Chris Bipes alerted me to, which seemed to directly address the issue.
Here's the evidence of it being applied...

But, it didn't help. I get the same error.

I would order the DVDs again, but if it's not a media issue, I'd just be delaying things.
