Quoting from the article:
"V4R2 an access path created via SQL, whether it be an index or constraint,
has a logical page size of 64K. A DDS keyed logical file will create, on
average, an 8K access path up to a maximum size of 32K."
The maximum access path size was later increased to 1 terabyte, and the
maximum access path page size was increased to 512 K for both DDS and DDL
defined files. But it still requires testing to see if the maximum sizes
may benefit an application or not.
If time permits, I'll take a look at the other PDF.
