If you're at a recent enough service pack level (SI55797 or newer), you
can use the cwbodbcreg tool:

cwbodbcreg set /dsn %DSN% Signon 4

There's not a way to set all DSNs, though. You'd still have to look that
up if you had a lot of DSNs. If you just have one that's always named the
same, this is easier - or just build a .reg file.
