Why not assign read-only rights to the table?

Subject: update/ delete protect

When I create a file with CRTF, I have a pair of parameters, ALWUPD and ALWDLT that makes it ideal for applications where you want to make sure data is no modified.  But I did not find an equivalent when I create a table. (SQL)

Is there a way to CREATE TABLE so it will not be possible to change nor delete data?

If I  remember well, CHGPF had a  parameter to set the ALWUPD and ALWUPD to no, and it did not allow to set it back to yes, but in 7.3 I do not have that in CHGPF.

TIA,

Raúl
