Confirm if that is for hardware and software maintenance.

Our last renewal, P7 8205-E6C, 740, for 1 year, 24x7 coverage, hardware and software , 35,000 Hardware - 17,000 Software - 18,000

That $4400 is for both hardware and software on our 9405-520, 1 year 24x7. And that includes RDi as well.
