There might be some OS issue if they have IPv6 active and still use an
W2000 or W2003
for DNS. I am rather sure there was one PTF by IBM, and the next step to
update
the windows boxes or use Linux for DNS serving...

They're on V7R1. I am having them try Google's DNS servers to see if
clears things up. If so, then it's their DNS server with the issue. If
not, it must be an OS issue.
