And we don't know what you mean by "possible values". Do you mean:
- column list?
- possible values for a column listed in your "where" criteria?
All this makes a huge difference.
If one is unfamiliar with an upgrade all sorts of weird things may happen.
For example,
- forgetting to start the database server support after the upgrade (like
STRHOSTSVR)
- forgetting to apply any ptfs so that things will work and the INZSYS
runs
- corrupted the database cross reference files and need to run RCLSTG
*DBXREF
- left system in a restricted state and started stuff piecemeal.
So we would end up just guessing. We gave up instead.

Ok, the thing here is we have almost no information to go on.
Ok, so my knowledge of Crystal Reports is nil but stuff like this
<snip>
with one report which used to display parameters dynamically, that is, it
shows all possible values in the ibm I for the user to select from.
</snip>
only makes me wonder where it got those values originally.
And we don't know what you even upgraded: OS, Crystal Reports, ERP
package, etc.

Greetings,
Recently a company where I have written some Crystal reports with using
the IBM I database has a problem, with one report which used to display
parameters dynamically, that is, it shows all possible values in the ibm
I

After this upgrade, I can run the report on my PC and it works normally.
But when I uploaded this to the Crystal server, it does not display all
the values.
It does allow user to enter one by one.
Can you think of any area why this would happen? I had called IBM in the
past on something similar but they were not helpful at that time, that
they chased the problem to where it's not the I.--
Thank you,
Joe
