Are you compiling the DSPF with ENHDSP(*YES)? that should be the default,
unless something changed...

You should be seeing pretty GUI borders with IAW or ACS...

No. As I mentioned in that response: "Same issue, just with the blue
attribute instead of the reverse image attribute."
