Additional info:
We're on v7r1, pretty current on PTFs and TRs.
The issue as shown in the screenshots was experienced using "i Access for
Windows", with the latest service pack installed. I just now fired up the
ACS Java client, and the behavior is a tad different. With the same level
of randomness I experience on "i Access for Windows", the "good" display of
the window looks great, as it should, but when the attributes get wacky,
the window border is just blank. I added the screenshot to the link I put
in the OP.
