Creating a second ASP

I have a requirement to create a second ASP

Will add a couple of large disks in a mirrored pair.

This is to be used for image catalogue entries for nightly backups that
will be subsequently moved to external storage.

I have not created a second ASP before.

Just wanted to ask if there are any gotchas that I should be concerned
with.
