Dave, are you actually trying these things or just shooting from the
hip? First of all, the system isn't guaranteed to have SYSDUMMY, but
it normally comes with SYSDUMMY1. Second, 1 <> 2 is always true, so if
the table isn't empty, the selection won't be empty.

But let's excuse all of that. The technique I proposed DOES work. How
do I know? Because I tried it.
