Do a WRKACTJOB, position to the QBASE subsystem.
5=Work with
1. Display job status attributes
You will see date/time started.
Match this to your QHST log for your last IPL date/time.

That's a good question, one I will have to pose to the boss when he returns from vacation... However, being that some time has elapsed, he may not be able to recall.
