Lol. Virtual desktops. That would require a level of expertise that
doesn't exist here.

Really, our only hope is that they will eventually be forced to upgrade to
Windows 10. Given that we handle payments for medical facilities, I would
*imagine* that would happen once Microsoft drops support for Windows 7.

What helps is we've put a bunch of users on virtual desktop. This is a
great way to go for rolling out upgrades.
