If you want to code something, there are probably relatively easy to use Java and .Net wrapper APIs available.

If you're interested in getting something up and running quickly and are open to alterative options, our Automate software can be used to easily move files between IBMi and Azure and vice-versa. It's like CL programming for Windows and works very tightly with the OS.

Would need to better understand the process more first. Happy to schedule a discovery call.
