We do have some outqs that do just that, but we also have reports that
run into a common location to be worked by one person or department, and
we also users who run reports on demand into their personal folder to
review. After they are done with the reports, we would like to have them
just drag them into one folder, and let the document management system
suck them up and sort and store them in the correct sections. Basically
no matter how or why a report is generated, we want to be able to have
it imported and put in the correct location without a user having to
help that process.

It kind of surprises me that you're not already outputting PDF files
to client
directories via the OVRPRTF command, regardless of the requirements of
a
new document management system.
