Not picking up remote DNS servers from the VPN connection and the local DNS servers do not know the remote network servers.

Local being at the VPN client side and Remote being the site you are connecting to. It is an issue with the defined VPN connection. The VPN concentrator needs to handout the proper DNS servers for the client to query if not found on their local DNS servers.

OK, now that she's working 500 miles away, the problem is back.

However, if she replaces the Netserver name with the IP address, it works.

Does that give anyone a clue?
