The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

We have a user who is going to start working remotely next week. She will
VPN in using a Win 10 laptop, with an old Win 7 laptop in reserve.
We have a green screen app with a hyperlink on the screen to a shared file
on the IFS. When "VPNing" in, she can click on the hyperlink on the Win 7
laptop and it works fine. If she tries it on the Win 10 laptop, it fails,
saying it can't find the file. If she's local (in the office to where no
VPN is required) then it works on both laptops.
Anyone seen this? Suggestions?
