ssh user setup with home directory -- MIDRANGE-L

The wiki https://wiki.midrange.com/index.php/SSH indicated the following:

Mkdir dir('/home') dtaaut(*exclude) objaut(*none)

Yet /home is used by other processes and even IBM products (there already is
a QWQADMIN directory in it. so I don't see how that can work.

There is a statement to change public auth to the new user's directory - is
the /home auth an issue?
