Nope. Significantly more noisy. The fan runs at a higher speed and creates
about the most annoying sound there is.

My personal P8 playground is in the basement of the house (Agile's
technology center is in a Class A datacenter) and my wife has announced that
it's moving or she is. You can hear it on the second floor. Construction
on the "Garage" (AKA outside building for all my toys with power/air
handling/etc. starts in a week)
